PROCESSING TIMES

 

Due to the process of making the Announcements by scratch, please allow 2-5 business days to complete your order ready for shipping.

 

SHIPPING

 

We endeavour to ship orders between 2 – 5 business days. There will sometimes be exceptions to this, as we are a small business. Currently, due to Covid19, we are experiencing some delays with shipping.

We do provide tracking for all orders once they are posted. We do not have any control over how long they take to get to you.

Within Australia, we have a range of shipping options available to choose from.
Our standard shipping rate for Australia is a flat rate of shipping on orders from $12.90.
For New Zealand, we offer a flat rate shipping on orders from $30.60.
For USA, Canada, Europe & UK we offer a flat rate shipping on orders from $61.50
For the Rest of the World, we offer a flat rate shipping on orders from $80.26.

 

All orders will have tracking details provided to you

We offer a variety of payments options including Afterpay, Humm, Laybuy, Paypal, Square, Visa, Mastercard & Bank Transfer.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

We do not accept Refunds on any of our prints/products if you change your mind. We do accept Amendments to the order before completion. So please choose carefully before ordering and advise us on any changes upon the final draft.

If in Australia and your order has arrived with the Frame/Frames damaged, please send us a message with your Order Number and a photo of the damages within 7 days of the purchase. Send the damage goods back to us and we will send you a replacement Frame/Frames. However, you will be responsible for posting the items back to us and any costs associated. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We do not refund postage costs. Replacements will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the returned items.

If you are outside of Australia and your order has arrived with the Frame/Frames damaged, please send us a message with your Order Number and a photo of the damages within 7 days of the delivery and we will send you a replacement Frame/Frames if in stock or a refund of $10 per damaged frame.

 

SHIPPING REFUNDED ITEMS

 

Please provide us with your order number, tracking number and photos to hello@lilkeepsakesbyshirls.com before sending your returned goods back to us.

Our Return Address will be given to you as we reply to your email.
 
It is advised that you consider using a tracking shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when returning your items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without having tracking information provided to us.
 
 
 
 

DELIVERED ITEMS

 

If your item doesn’t arrive to you, and it has been marked as “Delivered” by the Courier Company tracking services, we take no responsibility and it is up to the buyer to investigate this matter with the Courier Company. We do not offer refund for orders that are marked “Delivered” by the Courier Company and are claimed to have not been delivered. In this instance, it is considered a theft and police should be contacted regarding your mail being stolen.
